- Founded by Mohamed Javad Mostofizadeh in 1908, the company provided oil related services to Anglo-Persian Oil Company, which later became British Petroleum and finally the National Iranian Oil Company.
- Expanded into oil well services in 1975 through a partnership
with BJ Services in a company called BJ Services Iran.
- Brief cessation of operation during the early months of the Islamic revolution, until the start of the Imposed 8-year Iran -Iraq war. Most of the company’s assets were looted and destroyed by Iraq’s invading army during the initial thrust into Iran.
- Rebirth of the company in 1991, upon return of third generation, educated and experienced management team from United States.
