Artificial Lift Engineer-Beam Pumps

Purpose of the Job

To manage the rod pumping activities for the assets and to provide expert advise in the related systems use and performance for the benefit of the Company.

Experience/Qualifications Needed

The incumbent should be a Graduate Engineer with a mechanical or petroleum engineering Degree. Alternatively, he should have 5+ years experience in well services operations or well engineering operations with preference of having good exposure to artificial lift and contracts managements.

Principal Accountabilities

Ø To provide adequate technical expertise for the production assets in managing the rod pumping systems.

Ø Develop and implement best practices of rod pumping operation for the benefit of the Company. Seek continuous use of technology edge in this field.

Ø Participate in teardown analysis and share learning across with involved parties.

Ø Maintain updated data and information on rod pump performance and seek improvements into the run life of these systems.

Ø Provide input into optimization plans to increase production and improve pump performance in this field.
