Reservoir Engineer

All prospective candidates must have at least four (4) years reservoir numerical simulation experience (e.g. Eclipse ) Skills required: To carry out detailed reservoir engineering studies, incorporating relevant aspects of other disciplines, in order to support field development activities for the purpose of maximizing hydrocarbon recovery. To play a leading role in the planning and execution of Reservoir Undertake reservoirs studies to define future development opportunities and reserves potential. This will require working in an integrated discipline team using appropriate dynamic modelling (usually numerical simulation).Identify and co-ordinate research projects, which could enhance oil recovery. Ensure effective reservoir data management. Engineering activities aimed at short and medium term field development and production activities, reservoir management and scope maturation and to lead/mentor a small number of less experienced reservoir engineers. Candidate must have degree in technical discipline followed preferably by an M.Sc. or Ph.D. with a minimum of ten years working in Oil industry.
