Well Testing Supervisor

Qatar

Supervise the activities and interfaces related to execution of well testing/stimulation operations and associated activities of the unit under his control, in line with  technical, operational and HSE standards. Deliver quality well test/stimulation results and reports which meet customers’ requirements.

Experience/Qualifications Needed

HND/HTS in an engineering discipline. In possession of a valid IWCF certificate at supervisor level. Practical experience in Well Services operations with bias towards Coil Tubing operations and either Well Testing or Propped Fracture Stimulation.

Principal Accountabilities

Ø       Responsible for supervising the execution of well testing/stimulation operations to agreed programmes in a safe and efficient manner.

Ø       Responsible for collecting and reporting comprehensive and accurate data of all Well testing/stimulation and associated operational activities.

Ø       Provide input and recommendations for improvement to all well testing/stimulation operational programmes

Ø       Continuously improve the quality of the execution of operations and subsequent data gathering.

Ø       Monitor the quality of all equipment and services. Improve and report on shortcomings and failures of same.

Ø       Support activities to ensure optimum utilization of the well test/stimulation units .
